Well i just called it a day at the rally, had a good weekend, the buggy got a great reception. She was involved with the opening parade on the Friday night and I spent most of my time around the service paddock for the rest of the time.
It was a great shakedown for the buggy, i got more miles up over the weekend than any other time in the buggy and it highlighted a few issues which will have to be sorted before the summer kicks in. Nothing major but I might drop the engine to sort out a few oil leaks that developed, mainly push rod tubes which where not done during the build.
She is going to be one of the sponsors vehicles for the Galway International Rally. I’ll see if i can get her some TV time!!
